What is the earliest I can check in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm, should you wish to check-in earlier although we cannot guarantee access we always endeavour to oblige.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, accommodation check in is located across the carpark at the Tavern. If arriving later then 8pm please advise us so we can accommodate to your late check in.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes all rooms are non-smoking.
Do you have a breakfast dining room?
No, however a full cooked breakfast can be delivered to your Room. (Breakfast times vary).
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
Do you have an outdoor area?
Yes we have an outdoor beer garden located at the Tavern.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, every room has undercover parking.
Do you have a bistro?
Yes, lunch and dinner are available 7 days with breakfast to your room.
Do you have room service?
Room service is available for both breakfast and dinner.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are within 10-12 minutes by car to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza and Chinese.
What is your Cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be advised at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee.
How close are you to the shops?
10 minutes by car to Mount Pleasant Shopping Centre with 72 shops including Kmart, BestNLess PLUS Woolworths and Coles. There is an Event Cinemas 8 Cinema Complex across the road from the shopping complex.
