KIDS EAT FREE PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION DETAILS
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the “Kids Eat Free” promotional offer (the “Promotion“) conducted by Fairview Tavern (the “Establishment“).
The Promotion allows eligible children to receive one (1) complimentary children’s meal with the purchase of each qualifying adult main meal from our main menu.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND AVAILABILITY
2.1 The Promotion is available every Monday, Lunch 12.00pm to 2.30pm and Dinner 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
2.2 The Promotion is available for dine-in customers only at Fairview Tavern.
2.3 The Promotion operates on an ongoing basis unless withdrawn, suspended, or modified by management in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
3.1 To be eligible for the Promotion, the following conditions must be met:
• The child must be under 12 years of age at the time of the transaction;
• At least one (1) accompanying adult must purchase a full-priced main meal from the Establishment’s main menu;
• One (1) free children’s meal is provided per qualifying adult main meal purchased;
• Children must be dining in at the Establishment; and
• The child must be accompanied by a paying adult during the meal.
3.2 The free children’s meal must be ordered from the designated children’s menu.
4. TERMS OF THE OFFER
4.1 Main Meal Requirement: One (1) complimentary children’s meal is provided with the purchase of each qualifying adult main meal from our main menu. Multiple children can dine free with multiple adult main meal purchases (i.e., 2 adult mains = 2 free children’s meals).
4.2 Children’s Meal: The free children’s meal includes standard children’s menu items as determined by the Establishment.
4.3 Exclusions: The Promotion does not apply to:
• Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic);
• Entrées, appetisers, or side dishes ordered outside the children’s meal package;
• Premium or special menu items, unless specifically designated;
• Delivery or takeaway orders;
• Prior purchased vouchers or gift certificates; or
• Any items not ordered as part of the formal children’s meal package.
4.4 No Substitutions or Exchanges: The free children’s meal cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative items of equal or greater value unless expressly authorised by management.
4.5 Menu Changes: The Establishment reserves the right to modify the children’s menu at any time without notice.
5. RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 One (1) free children’s meal is limited to one (1) accompanying child per qualifying adult main meal purchased. A family with multiple children must purchase multiple adult main meals to receive multiple free children’s meals.
5.2 The Promotion cannot be combined with other active promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated.
5.3 The Promotion is limited to the Fairview Tavern location only and is not valid at any other affiliated establishments.
5.4 Promotional offers are subject to availability and stock limitations.
6. HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION
6.1 Customers must inform wait staff or staff at the point of ordering that they wish to claim the “Kids Eat Free” Promotion.
6.2 The qualifying adult main meal must be purchased at full price on the same transaction as the free children’s meal.
6.3 All items must be ordered prior to the meal being prepared and served.
6.4 No refunds or credits will be provided for free children’s meals claimed under this Promotion.
7. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
7.1 Withdrawal of Promotion: The Establishment reserves the absolute right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to customers.
7.2 Conditional Participation: The Establishment may refuse the Promotion to any customer or group of customers on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:
• Conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the Promotion;
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to comply with Establishment policies; or
• Health and safety concerns.
7.3 Amendment of Terms: The Establishment may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modified terms will be effective immediately upon posting or announcement.
7.4 No Guarantee: The Promotion is offered on a non-binding, discretionary basis and does not constitute a binding contractual obligation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The Establishment shall not be liable for:
• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Promotion;
• Food quality, allergen information, or dietary suitability issues (customers must declare dietary requirements to staff);
• Service delays, unavailability of menu items, or stock limitations; or
• Any other indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8.2 Customers participate in this Promotion at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to dining at the Establishment.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information regarding the child’s age;
• Declaring any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances to staff prior to ordering;
• Supervising children at all times during dining;
• Adhering to all Establishment policies and procedures; and
• Respecting the rights and comfort of other patrons.
10. AGE VERIFICATION
10.1 The Establishment reserves the right to request proof of the child’s age (such as a birth certificate or identification) to verify eligibility under this Promotion.
10.2 Providing false information regarding a child’s age to fraudulently claim the Promotion constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of benefits.
11. GENERAL TERMS
11.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.2 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [State/Territory] and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
11.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Establishment regarding this Promotion and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
11.4 No Waiver: Failure by the Establishment to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE AND AMENDMENTS
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are effective from 23/03/2026 and may be amended or withdrawn by the Establishment at any time in its sole discretion.
13.2 Current Terms and Conditions are available at the Establishment or upon request.
